David´s Apartment

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Friedrichshafen. The airport is about 1.8 km away and the exhibition grounds can also be reached by a 20-minute walk. The private parking, which is located on the property, leads directly to the apartment, which has free Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator including water dispenser with filtered water. Both, the bathroom with its spacious bathtub and ambient lighting and the 1.6 m wide waterbed in the bedroom offer a good opportunity to relax. In addition, the entire apartment is equipped with indirect, dimmable lighting, where the color temperature can also be changed. 

Lowdown: 

• Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment, there is a small balcony for smoking 
• Eating and cooking utensils are provided  
• Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the rental price  
• The indicated prices include electricity, water, heating, 7% VAT 
• The prices refer to up to two people plus 50 € final cleaning, 19% VAT
• An additional person will be charged with 25 € 
• For stays of less than 3 nights, a short booking fee of 40 € applies 
• Conclusion of contract only comes into force after a deposit of 100 € deposit
• All arriving guests must be at least 21 years of age (this includes parents with child/infant)
